Stickyt still does not use cookies, tracking pixels and similar technologies on our service to collect information that helps us provide our service to you.
We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using Stickyt’s products and services. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, without first receiving verifiable parental consent we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Outside of actions you take within the iCloud service to communicate and via Stickyt application, to share packs, or to authorize third-party applications, we only disclose your information - and then only the minimum information necessary.
Some third parties’ embedded content or plugins on the service, such as Facebook and Twitter “Share” button in iKnow application and Facebook “Like” buttons on stickyt.com, may allow their operators to learn that you have visited our website, and they may combine this information with other, identifiable information they have collected about your visits to other websites or online services.
We do not share your account information or user activity history with third parties for the purpose of enabling them to deliver their advertisements to you.
No, however, that certain portions of the Stickyt’s products like iKnow application, or Stickyt such as user packs designated as “public”. Any information that you post in these packs can be read, collected and used by anyone who has the same application and registered to iCloud service. Stickyt enables you to determine whether or not to post personal or otherwise sensitive information to publicly accessible areas of our site or our applications, so you should carefully consider how you use our services. Stickyt is not responsible for any publication or use of any personal information you choose to post in these locations.
When you use Stickyt’s products on your computing device, content you save will be stored locally on that device, except Stickyt application that stores your photos, audios and other content on iCloud service. When you sync your computing device with the iCloud service, that content will be replicated on Apple’s servers.
In the future Stickyt will use CloudKit Servers to let you share your Projects with other members.
Please be aware that personal information and content submitted to Stickyt will be transferred to a data center. If you post information to the Stickyt’s products you are confirming your consent to such information, including personal information and content, being transmitted to, hosted and accessed.
Stickyt is not responsible for any data loss or demaged file syncronization on your computing devices.

iCloud secures your data by encrypting it when it's sent over the Internet, storing it in an encrypted format when kept on server (review the table below for detail), and using secure tokens for authentication. This means that your data is protected from unauthorized access both while it is being transmitted to your devices and when it is stored in the cloud. iCloud uses a minimum of 128-bit AES encryption—the same level of security employed by major financial institutions—and never provides encryption keys to any third parties.
You can delete pack contents at any time, and you can stop using the Stickyt’s service at any time. If you delete pack or information and material from a pack and then let device syncing, it will no longer be accessible to you or others who has Stickyt’s products and may access the iCloud service, but residual copies of your deleted content may continue to exist on your iCloud service.
Please go to your iCloud preferences and clear Stickyt may remove all of your data.
Flappy Box uses the device's TrueDepth camera system to track the movement of your eyebrows. This allows for a unique user experience — a game you can play with your face. In order for this functionality to be possible, the app requires access to your device's camera. This access can be toggled on or off at any time in your device's settings.
The camera images and resulting depth data are only used for gameplay purposes. The live video feed is never used, and its data is never stored locally or remotely and the app also does not need internet connection. Camera access is required to get depth data from Apple's API's. The only depth data collected is related to the movement of your eyebrows: whether they are in an "up" or "neutral" relative position.
Face data is never stored, given to third parties, or used for any non-gameplay purposes. The face data only remains on your device, and never leaves your device at any time.
